Rules and Regulations

These regulations are provided upon arrival and are posted at the Reception Office. Entering the Village implies full acceptance of these regulations as well as the Booking Conditions.

  1. CHECK-IN

Registration of each individual is mandatory for entry and stay at the Village. Upon arrival, each guest must present an identity document for legal registration and verify its accuracy, promptly reporting any discrepancies or changes. Each guest will receive an identification wristband, which must be worn throughout the stay, shown upon request to authorized personnel, and returned upon departure.

If an inspection reveals a number of people exceeding those declared, the Management will apply the daily rate, increased by 100%, for each undeclared person, starting from the registration date; this will be followed by the removal of the entire family group from the Village.

  1. VISITORS

Access to the Village by external day visitors is subject to prior request and approval by reception. This measure is necessary to ensure compliance with maximum capacity; therefore, entry may not be authorized. If authorized, visitors to Waikiki Camping Village guests must submit an identity document at the entrance. Visits are permitted only until 8:00 PM and only after receiving authorization from Management. If the stay exceeds 60 minutes, the rate specified in the price list will apply. Visitors must leave the Village by 10:00 PM on the same day. Entry by car is not permitted. Guests are required to verify that their visitors are properly authorized and are responsible for their behavior during their stay within the Village.

  1. MINORS

For the entire duration of the stay, minors must be accompanied and accommodated together with their parents or legal guardians, who are required to ensure compliance with the Village regulations. Use of equipment and sanitary facilities must always occur under adult supervision. Parents, or those acting in their place, are directly responsible for the behavior of minors.

  1. ACCOMMODATIONS

The person responsible for the stay must check the condition and state of preservation of existing materials in the unit; any damage must be promptly reported to reception so that proper maintenance can be carried out. The person responsible for the stay is liable for these items and is required to provide compensation in case of breakage or missing items.

For organizational reasons, it is not possible to guarantee the assignment of a specific accommodation number; however, accommodation of the requested type will be ensured.

Management reserves the right to make any changes to the assignment even before arrival, without obligation to notify the guest in advance. Animals are not permitted in the housing unit (except in the PET VILLAGE area), even temporarily or occasionally, even if kept outside the premises. Installing tents and caravans/campers between accommodations is not permitted.

  1. PITCHES

Each pitch allows the presence of only one camper or, alternatively, one caravan accompanied by a single vehicle (car or motorcycle). Animals are not permitted on pitches. Pitches are marked and numbered: all equipment, including the vehicle, must be placed within the assigned boundaries, maintaining adequate distances from neighboring areas to ensure free passage, easy access to utilities, and safety in case of emergency. Each pitch has only one electrical outlet. Once the pitch is assigned, moving is not permitted without prior authorization from Management. It is not permitted to occupy the pitch with only furniture or vehicles (chairs, tables, cars, bicycles, etc.). For hygiene and health reasons, campers are required to keep the assigned space always clean and tidy. Installation of laterally enclosed verandas, tents, or covering tarps is not permitted. It is possible to anchor your equipment (awnings, parasols, open-sided verandas) only to the ground and/or to your own camper or caravan. Under no circumstances may trees or structures belonging to the Village be used.

  1. PROHIBITIONS AND SAFETY

It is strictly PROHIBITED:

  • to smoke inside housing units, sanitary facilities, and public areas throughout the Village, in compliance with Article 51 of Law No. 3 of January 16, 2003;
  • to possess any type of fuel or flammable substance;
  • to erect any type of fence. Unauthorized structures will be removed without notice;
  • to damage plants or Village equipment;
  • to dig holes and ditches;
  • to light FIRES and use any type of open flame (candles, mosquito coils, etc.);
  • to tamper with electrical systems; as well as to use and/or hang electrical cables with light bulbs or other devices outside accommodations;
  • to bring firearms of any type and other offensive objects into the campground;
  • to access the POOL area during closing hours. The pool area is accessed exclusively barefoot, passing through the foot wash.
  • to set up TENTS of any size near accommodations and in any other area of the Village, including the beach;
  • to tie ROPES at head height and anchor tarps or other types of covering to trees;
  • to display banners, posters, or other material that may offend others
  • In accordance with current regulations on safety and environmental protection, the use of gas, wood, and/or charcoal barbecues is prohibited. Only electric barbecues are permitted.
  1. VEHICLES

For the peace and safety of everyone, we recommend not using cars to move around inside the Village. The maximum permitted speed is 10 km/h.

Circulation is prohibited during nighttime hours (12:00 AM/7:00 AM).

Parking vehicles near the restaurant and outside permitted spaces is prohibited.

  1. QUIET HOURS

From 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM, maximum silence must be observed. At all hours of the day, please avoid shouting, disturbing noises, and any other behavior that may disturb other campers. Radio and television sets must be used moderately and are prohibited from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM.

  1. SAFEKEEPING OF VALUABLES

While ensuring continuous surveillance of the Village, Management assumes no responsibility for any theft or loss.

EACH GUEST IS REQUIRED TO SAFEGUARD THEIR OWN PROPERTY.

We therefore recommend paying attention to personal belongings and taking appropriate precautions. Money and valuables should not be left unattended inside housing units or campers/caravans. Items found in the Village must be handed over to Public Safety Authorities or Village Management, so they can be returned to their rightful owner.

  1. RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
  • Waste separation is active in our Village. Recycling stations and numerous bins are located throughout the area: we invite our guests to use them correctly, thus contributing to environmental protection.
  • Sanitary facilities, sinks, and showers must be left, after use, in the condition one would wish to find them.
  • Pouring boiling liquids or waste onto the ground is prohibited, as is the discharge of wastewater into the drain of each drinking water column.
  • Washing at pitch fountains, washing dishes and laundry outside the designated sinks is prohibited.
  • Laundry and dishes must be washed only in the designated sinks.
  • Washing cars inside the Village is prohibited.
  • We RECOMMEND not letting water run unnecessarily from taps to avoid water waste.
  1. COMMON AREAS

To maintain order and cleanliness and allow everyone to enjoy a pleasant view of COMMON AREAS, we ask our guests to follow these guidelines:

– do not plant beach umbrellas or any other type of shading structure

– park cars only in assigned parking spaces marked with your accommodation number

– do not bring outside any furniture from the accommodations (benches, armchairs, tables, sofas, etc.)

– to hang laundry, use the designated DRYING RACKS provided in the accommodations. Under no circumstances are alternative solutions permitted, such as using lines and ropes hung from accommodations, Village structures, and trees. If needed, an additional drying rack can be requested at reception.

– On the GRASS of common areas, only towels, sun loungers, and mats are permitted, which, like any other items, must be removed when not in use and during the night to allow for lawn maintenance

– HAMMOCKS are permitted only if, at the sole discretion of management and Village staff, they do not pose any danger. Under no circumstances may hammocks be attached to accommodation structures

– do not TIE any type of rope to plants, poles, or other types of support. A rope stretched at any height is a hazard and if not seen can cause serious harm to people.

Management reserves the right to have any EQUIPMENT modified or REMOVED, even if owned by the guest, if it disturbs the decorum of the Village and/or does not comply with safety standards.

Management reserves the right to have air conditioners owned by campers turned off if they cause disturbance.

  1. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

The electricity supply to pitches is a minimum of 6 A and is calculated based on the consumption of low-power appliances. Therefore, appliances such as heaters, stoves, water heaters, etc., are not permitted.

Electrical system:

– may be inspected at any time by Management personnel;

– a three-core waterproof cable with ground is mandatory (according to EEC standards).

  1. LIABILITY

Management is not liable for damage caused by other guests, vandalism, weather events and natural disasters, falling trees, branches or pine cones, fire, insects, epidemics, illnesses, including plant diseases.

Any infectious disease must be immediately reported to Management.

We inform you that the processing of personal data will be based on lawfulness and fairness, in full protection of customer rights and in particular your privacy, as guaranteed by Legislative Decree. 196/03.

Anyone who has complaints about the behavior of other guests is asked to report them to Management, which will take appropriate action. Management reserves the right to remove from the campground anyone responsible for acts of vandalism, harassment, or violation of these regulations and to report them to law enforcement authorities where necessary.

If an inspection of the accommodation or pitch reveals a number of people exceeding those declared, Management will proceed to remove the entire group from the Village.

Use of the ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION and the PADEL COURT is available exclusively upon request at reception. These services are not freely accessible.

The RULES of these REGULATIONS impose restrictions fully justified by their purpose, which is to create better conditions for civil coexistence within a large tourist facility.

We are confident that compliance with these regulations can ensure all our valued guests a vacation lived in mutual respect.

We thank you for your appreciated cooperation and wish our guests a pleasant stay.
