Booking conditions

1. The booking may be made online or through our booking office. It is considered final only after payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay. Payment must be made in full within the required deadlines. In the event of non-payment or partial payment of the deposit, the booking will be automatically cancelled once the requested deadline has passed. Upon receipt of the deposit, a booking confirmation e-mail will be sent. The booking is personal and may not be transferred to third parties.

All bookings are subject to a €20.00 administrative fee. The tourist tax is not included in the booking amount.

2. The customer receiving the offer and/or booking confirmation must check its contents and promptly notify the booking office of any inaccuracies, particularly with regard to arrival and departure dates, type of accommodation, any extra services and the number of people.

Any request to change the booked period entails the cancellation of the original booking. Such requests may be accepted up to 30 days before arrival, subject to availability of the accommodation for the new period. If accepted, a new booking will be made and the rate in force at the time of the change will apply.

The booking guarantees the type of accommodation unit or pitch, but not a specific number.

The number of the accommodation assigned is not guaranteed and will be communicated at check-in. Villaggio Waikiki guarantees the type of accommodation booked; however, it is not possible to assign specific numbers, locations, orientations, or to guarantee the presence of shade or particular views.

Camping Waikiki reserves the right to change the number of the assigned pitch at any time, even after the confirmation has been sent.

3. The balance of the stay must be paid at least one week before arrival, by credit card or bank transfer, or, at the latest, on the day of arrival at the cash office. Payments on site may be made in cash, within the legal limits, or by credit card — MasterCard, VISA and Maestro. Cheques are not accepted. The calculation of the days of stay is based on the number of nights, regardless of the arrival time.

For tax reasons, departing guests must always settle their own stay, which cannot be charged to those who remain.

The amount for the entire booked period must also be paid in the event of delayed arrivals or early departures:

A) for bookable pitches, the current list price applies: pitch + two adults;
B) for accommodation units, the current list price applies: accommodation unit + number of people booked.

If no written notification of delay is received by 12:00 noon on the day following the scheduled arrival date, the booking will be considered null and void, the deposit will be retained and the accommodation will no longer be available.

If the accommodation is vacated before the departure date, Camping Waikiki reserves the right to re-let it without any obligation to refund.

Guests are required to observe and take note of the opening hours of the reception and cash office. The payment receipt must be shown to the control staff upon exit.

4. The minimum stay varies according to the season and the type of solution chosen. The daily rate consists of the price for the accommodation unit/pitch and the price for the guests, based on the number of occupants. The rate does not include the tourist tax. For each additional guest, the minimum stay is at least 3 consecutive nights.
5. In the event of cancellation of the booking, which must be communicated in writing at least 20 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded, less administrative fees. After this deadline, the deposit will be retained; any further deposits already paid will be refunded, less administrative fees.
6. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation units or on the pitches, except in the PET VILLAGE area, where pets are permitted, even occasionally or temporarily, including when kept outside the premises.
7. For safety reasons, the maximum capacity of the accommodation or pitch may not be exceeded. Children of any age are included in the count.
8. Minors are not admitted unless accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the stay. For minors not accompanied by their parents, a delegation form assigning custody to third parties must be completed, with the parents’ signature and a copy of their identity document.
9. Persons joining the accommodation or pitch after check-in may only be registered if authorised by the holder of the booking through communication to the reception staff.
10. The facility applies a minimum charge equal to 3 nights to all guests, regardless of the actual duration of the stay. Even in the case of overnight stays of fewer than 3 nights, the amount corresponding to 3 nights will be charged.

ACCOMMODATION UNITS:

– Check-in: from 11:00 a.m., with delivery of the accommodation keys guaranteed by 5:00 p.m. Guests are advised to plan their journey according to these times.
– Check-out: by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, with return of the keys to reception and exit — people + car — from the Village.

Each accommodation unit includes only one parking space in the price. Second cars, carts, trailers and similar vehicles must be parked outside.

Upon departure, the accommodation must be left tidy, the dishes washed, the floor swept and rubbish disposed of in the appropriate recycling containers.

CAMPING:

– Check-in: from 3:00 p.m.
– Check-out: by 12:00 noon.

In the case of direct arrival, the pitch may be chosen by the customer according to the staff’s instructions and may only be changed with prior authorisation. The pitch may be occupied by a maximum of 6 people — adults or children — and by only one camping unit.

The daily rate consists of the price for the pitch and the rate for the guests, based on the number of occupants. Motorhomes are not entitled to a parking space, unless otherwise decided by Management. The rate does not include the tourist tax. For each additional guest, the minimum stay is at least 3 consecutive nights.

Guests occupying pitches may anchor their equipment — awnings, verandas, covers, etc. — exclusively to the ground and/or to their own motorhome or caravan. Under no circumstances may plants or structures belonging to the Village be used. Only motorhomes and caravans are accepted in the Village. Tents of any shape or size and trailer tents, even if registered, are not permitted. The pitch must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.

Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the booking, the booking conditions, the internal rules of the Village and the prices.
