01 How can I book?
You can book online or by contacting our booking office.
The booking is confirmed only after the deposit has been paid.
02 How much is the deposit?
The deposit is equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay.
03 Is it possible to choose the unit or pitch number in advance?
Our booking office will take your requests into consideration and try to satisfy them where possible; however, it is not possible to guarantee specific numbers, locations, exposures, or the presence of shade or particular views. The exact accommodation or pitch number will be communicated only upon arrival at the Village.
04 When do I need to pay the balance?
The balance must be paid:
- within 7 days before arrival, or
directly at check-in at the property.
05 What are the payment methods?
Payments are accepted in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro).
06 Can I change my booking?
Yes, up to 30 days before arrival, subject to availability.
Changes will result in a new booking with the updated rate.
07 Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
No, the booking is personal and non-transferable.
Accommodations
01 What time can I check into my accommodation on the day of arrival?
On the day of arrival, check-in is possible from 11:00 AM, while key collection is guaranteed by 5:00 PM. From 11:00 AM, you can still park your car inside the Village in your assigned spot and use all available services.
02 What time must the accommodation be vacated on the day of departure?
The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 AM. Keys must be returned to reception by this time, and the vehicle and all guests must exit the Village.
03 Which services are included in the accommodation price?
Included are: electricity, water and gas consumption, final cleaning, bed linen (sheets, pillows, and blankets), and air conditioning.
04 Is it possible to rent towels?
Yes, according to the price list.
05 Can I rent high chairs, cribs, or bed rails?
Subject to availability, you can rent: high chairs, cribs (without linen), and bed rails.
06 Can I set up a tent near the accommodation?
No, it is not possible to set up tents inside the village.
Pitches
01 What time can I occupy the pitch on the day of arrival?
On the day of arrival, the pitch can be occupied from 3:00 PM.
02 What time must the pitch be vacated?
The pitch must be vacated by 12:00 PM. Departures after the times indicated above will result in a charge for an additional day's stay in the village.
03 Which services are included in the pitch price?
Included are: electricity, use of bathrooms and hot showers, chemical toilet, Camper Service, and TV-Sat connection.
04 Can I bring my dog with me?
Pets are only allowed in the LOVE MY PET GARDEN PATIO accommodations. They are not allowed on pitches or in accommodations not located within the PET VILLAGE area.
Water Park
01 What are the pool opening hours?
The pools are open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM in low season and from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM in high season.
02 Is entry to the pools free?
Yes, pool entry is free for Village guests, and a shower is mandatory before entering the water.
03 Are the pools heated?
No, the pools are not heated.
04 In which months are the pools open?
The pools are available from the opening to the closing of the village.
05 Is it mandatory to wear a swim cap in the pool?
No.
Beach
01 Does the village have direct access to the beach?
Yes, the village has direct access to the beach.
02 Is there a charge for the beach?
Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are available for a fee.
There is also a free, unequipped public beach area available for guests.
03 Does the beach have a lifeguard service?
Yes, it is equipped with a lifeguard tower.
Entertainment
01 Is the entertainment service free?
Yes, the entertainment service is included in the price.
02 What activities are organized by the entertainment team?
The entertainment team organizes Mini Club and Junior Club activities, sports (football, beach volleyball, fitness), evening shows, and group dances. More information can be found on the dedicated entertainment page on the Village App.
03 When do the entertainment activities start?
The entertainment service is active from the opening day to the closing day of the Village.
On-site Services
01 Is there a supermarket inside the village?
Yes, there is one, and it is open from the opening to the closing of the village.
02 Is there a restaurant inside the village?
Yes, there is a restaurant / pizzeria available from the opening to the closing of the village.
03 Is there a bazaar / newsstand / tobacconist inside the village?
Yes, there is one, and it is open from the opening to the closing of the village.
04 Is there a laundry area in the village?
Yes, there is a laundry area equipped with washing machines and dryers. The service is available for a fee.
05 Is there a doctor in the village?
There is NO doctor on-site, but you can contact one through the reception. The service is subject to a fee.
06 Can I rent bicycles?
Yes, you can rent bicycles. The service is available on the Village App and is for a fee.
07 Is Wi-Fi service available?
Yes, Wi-Fi coverage is available throughout the village. The service is free.
08 Is there an ATM in the village?
Yes, there is an ATM near the Reception.
