Simona Favrin / Architect, designer, and landscape architect
Passionate and expert in artistic glass, with in-depth knowledge of the material, methods, and techniques of glass production, applied in glass design, exhibition curation, and the design of promotional and display spaces.
She designs indoor and outdoor spaces, with a preference for greenery and water design, creating fountains and installations where she experiments with the combination of water and glass.
Particular attention is paid to the emotional impact that design has on people: the common thread of her creations, which span different fields of daily life, is the use of art and design, understood as tools and opportunities for human expression and for understanding the moment and place in which one is destined to live.

The Mist Tree
“The Mist Tree” was born from two magical sensations linked to my childhood.
The mist that envelops things, softening their edges and blurring the boundaries of places, and a gesture that perhaps all of us, at least once in our lives, have made: blowing on the light, feathery sphere of a dandelion and watching its seeds fly through the air, perhaps in the hope that a wish would come true.
“Every breath is a second chance”
A simple gesture, yet so powerful that it instantly brings us back to the feeling of lightheartedness and joy that characterizes childhood.
With a leap in scale, the Taraxacum officinale dandelion is transformed into a large technological steel tree, equipped with mist nozzles that diffuse high-pressure nebulized water into the environment. Almost a living organism, imagined as the generator of the mist that, during the shoulder seasons, envelops the wetlands of the pine forest in a soft blanket of cotton wool.”
