ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
ACCOMMODATION UNITS:
– Check-in: from 5:00 PM
– Check-out: by 10:00 AM
The minimum stay duration varies depending on the season and the chosen type of accommodation. The daily rate, which also includes parking for one car, consists of the cost for the accommodation unit and the cost per person, based on the number of occupants. The tourist tax is not included in the price. For each additional guest, the minimum stay required is at least 3 consecutive nights.
Access to the booked accommodation unit is guaranteed from 5:00 PM. We recommend planning your arrival according to this time. Check-out, including key return at reception and departure (people + car) from the holiday village, must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
CAMPING:
– Check-in: from 3:00 PM
– Check-out: by 12:00 PM
A minimum stay of 7 nights is required for bookings (exceptions are only possible during the low season). The daily rate consists of the cost for the pitch, which also includes parking for one car (motorhomes are not entitled to a parking spot for a car), and the fee per person, based on the number of occupants. For each additional guest, the minimum stay required is at least 3 consecutive nights.
The tourist tax is not included in the price. For unoccupied pitches, the current list price (pitch + two adults) will be applied. Each pitch can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (adults or children). The pitch must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
RESERVATION
Reservations will only become binding once a deposit depending on the total amount has been paid and written confirmation has been sent.
Camping Waikiki reserves the right to change the number of the accommodation or of the pitch assignedat any time, even after the deposit has been paid and confirmation has been sent.
The reservation may not be transfered to a third party without the authorization of Camping Waikiki.
Subsequent requests for changes to the period booked will result in the original reservation being cancelled. Such requests are accepted up to 30 days before arrival. If the new period is available, a new reservation will be made.
PAYMENT
The payment of the whole amount of the stay is required before the arrival or at the check in. Payment can be made in cash (the amount admissible by law) or by credit card (MasterCard, VISA e Maestro). The calculation of your stay is performed on the basis of the number of nights, irrespective of your time of arrival. For financial reasons guests who are leaving must pay for their stay, which cannot be charged to those remaining.
The full amount must be paid for the entire period reserved, even in the event of late arrival or early departure:
A) for reservable pitches the current price list will be applied (pitch + 2 adults);
B) for accommodation units, the current price list will be applied (accommodation unit + number of people booked).
With no communication of delay, the reservation will be automatically cancelled at 12 p.m. (noon) on the day after the arrival day. Guests are kindly requested to check and comply with the Reception and Cash desk opening hours. Payment receipts must be shown to the staff when leaving the campsite.
CANCELLATION
Guests who cancel their booking only have the right to a refund for the deposit paid if written notification is sent to Camping Waikiki via letter or email at least 20 days before the date of arrival stated on their booking. Camping Waikiki will none the less have the right to retain the sum of € 20.00 to cover reservation costs. The sum will be refunded within 45 days.
Guests who cancel their booking with written notification sent to Camping Waikiki 20 days or less before the date of arrival stated on their booking and guests who do not turn up will have no right to a refund and Camping Waikiki will keep the deposit paid as penalty.
